Track Your Order

Thank you for ordering from Fauzia Cooks. Here’s how to follow your parcel on its way to you.

Find your order updates

Open your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email and tap View your order. This private link takes you to your order’s status page, where you can check the tracking details once your parcel has been dispatched.

Track with the carrier

On your order status page, tap the tracking number or carrier link to view your parcel’s latest delivery updates. You can also use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

If tracking has just been added, the carrier may not have scanned your parcel yet. Check the carrier’s tracking page again later for updates.

Ordered through TikTok Shop?

Start with the order details and delivery updates in TikTok Shop. If you received a Fauzia Cooks confirmation email with a View your order link, you can use that too.

Can’t find your confirmation?

Check your spam or junk folder and search your inbox for Fauzia Cooks. If you still need help, reply to an existing order email so we can help you find the right tracking information.

Keep your details safe

This page does not ask for your order number, email address, password or payment details. Keep your personal order-status link private and don’t share it publicly.
